lustrum (ˈlʌstrəm/) - a period of five years
Lustrum is a coming-of-age story that consists of 39 photographs, a poem by Amanda Côte and an essay by Otso Harju. It was chosen as one of the finalists of Nordic Dummy Award in 2015. The handbound edition of 350 was published in 2017 with support from Arts Promotion Centre Finland.
"Lustrum, in its gestures of tenderness and love, takes on our own insecurities and artistic traditions of obsessive individualism and objectified muses without creative agency." (Otso Harju)
